Synopsis

History, we are told, is written by the victors. It is rewritten by the forgetful. Chopped Liver and Unions resurrects a voice that defies erasure—Sara Wesker, a woman who led the singing strikers of 1928, stood against fascists at Cable Street, and devoted herself to the Trade Union cause.
